General Info & Policies
We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.
* Dressed Lashes and Esthetics is owned and operated by a licensed esthetician.
* Our address is 1900 S. Eads St. #100 Arlington, VA 22202
We are located within Dazzle Salon on the back lower level of Crystal House Apartments.

* Free retail parking is provided. Please park in front of green signs that state "retail" parking to avoid towing.
​
* Current hours of operation are from 11am to 9pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-6pm. Saturday we are open from 9am to 6pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday.

* All communication (Phone calls, text and email)will take place between business hours.​
​* We do not hold client payment information on file unless requested by the client.
​
* All lash service clients must arrive with clean lashes. No makeup or residue on lashes. If you arrive with unclean lashes a lash bath must be provided and result in an additional $10 fee.

* Although, we do not require deposits we do require that if a cancellation is made it is done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If within 48 hours of your appointment a 50% fee will be imposed. An invoice will be sent at the time of cancelation to your provided email and/or phone number. To avoid payment you may have a friend or family member take your place. We understand unforeseen instances may arise but this requirement is put in place to protect our business.

* If you are going to be 10 minutes late of your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are still being seen after the 10min curtesy period your appointment will still end at scheduled time. The service rendered will be done to the best of our ability with the remaining time. You will be charged the the full service amount.

​* Excessive tardiness may result in required deposits for future appointments or the inability to schedule future appointments.
​
* After 15min late with no contact to us you will be considered a no call-no show. You will no longer have access to future appointments.
​
​​*Failure to pay invoice will result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
​
*Please email(admin@dressedlashes.com) to request appointment outside business hour appointment. This includes anytime not during regular business hours, anytime Sundays, anytime Mondays, and anytime Tuesday. If the request is approved, a non refundable fee of $75 is required to hold this appointment in addition to regular cost of service. The $75 fee is paid at the time of scheduling the after hour appointment.

* When service is being rendered the professional will wear a mask. The client is not required to wear a mask. However, Masks are available upon request.
​
* Vinyl gloves are used during each service.
​
* For both the safety of our clients and employees, we ask that no children be present during the service.
​
* You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder e-mail 24hours prior to your appointment to the provided e-mail address.
​
* Consent forms are to be returned to us prior to service.
​
* All clients must be 18 years or older to schedule any kind of appointment.
​
* Please do no schedule if you have a history of allergies to cyanoacrylate adhesives.
​
* Please do not schedule if you have ever had a history of itching, swelling/blepharitis, or eye lid redness after a lash extension service.
​
* We ask that all clients come with no eye contact lens in eyes.
​​
* The ingredients in color used for brow enhancements include

* Please do not schedule if you have any of the above listed skin sensitivity.
​
* If you are unsure if you have any sensitivity to the above listed ingredients please schedule a consult 72 hours or more before desired service date for patch test.
​
* Please do not schedule a lash lift or brow lamination in the event that you have ever had a reaction or sensitivity to perming/relaxing solutions.
​

* Absolutely no refunds will be rendered. In the event that you are unhappy with your results you have 72 hours from the time of your service to return for an adjustment at no cost to you. The option to return for adjustment is at the bottom of every service category.

* Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any made appointments. Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to refuse services to any current or potential clients.
