We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies.
* Dressed Lashes and Esthetics is owned and operated by a licensed esthetician.
* Our address is 1900 S. Eads St. #100 Arlington, VA 22202
We are located within Dazzle Salon on the back lower level of Crystal House Apartments.
* Free retail parking is provided.
* Current hours of operation are from 10am to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday.
* All communication will take place between 10am- 8pm Tuesday to Saturday.
* Please Inquire (admin@dressedlashes.com) to request appointment anytime before 10am on regular business days, anytime Sundays and anytime Mondays. A non refundable fee of $75 is required to hold this appointment in addition to regular cost of service. The $75 is paid at the time of scheduling the after hour appointment.
* We ask that cancellations and/or rescheduling be informed 48 hours prior to the appointment to allow us time to refill the space.
* If you are not present within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are still being seen after the 10min curtesy period your appointment will still end at scheduled time. The service rendered will be done to the best of our ability with the remaining time. You will be charged the the full service amount.
* In the event that you miss your appointment for any reason you will be asked to pay 50% off the service missed before rescheduling.
* Excessive tardiness may result in required deposits for future appointments or the inability to schedule future appointments.
* After 15min late with no contact to us you will be considered a no call-no show. You will no longer have access to future appointments.
* When procedure is being preformed the professional will wear a mask. However, you are not required to wear a mask.
* For both the safety of our clients and employees, we ask that no children be present during the service.
* You will receive an e-mail 24hours prior to your appointment to the provided e-mail address.
* Consent forms are to be returned to us prior to service.
* Absolutely no refunds will be rendered. In the event that you are unhappy with your results you have 72 hours from the time of your service to return for an adjustment at no cost to you.
* Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any made appointments. Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to refuse services to any current or potential clients.
Lash Extension Information and Policy
* Consent forms are to be completed prior to service.
* Please come to your lash extension appointment with a clean face and clean lashes. Excessive debris on lashes may result in a $10 cleaning fee.
* We ask that all clients come with no eye contacts in eyes. If you need supplies for removal for we have supplies available for purchase.
* Contact lens maintenance material kit includes case, saline solution, and one time use eye lubricant drops. The cost is $10.
* Those who come for a full set and still maintaining foreign lashes in any amount may be charged $35 for removal.
* Those who come to their appointment with less and 50% of their lash extensions present may be charged as a new set.
* If you are more than 10min late to your appointment you may asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are still seen after the 10min courtesy period we will do the best to our ability with the remaining time. Service will end at the designated time. You will be charged the full amount.

* Retention on lash extensions vary. Numerous factors impact retention results including aftercare, life style, hormones, and shedding cycle. During the consult we will discuss further and how to combat with these factors.
* We do provide foreign fills for an additional cost. If there are less than 50% of lashes a new set may be required.
* All adhesives are cyanoacrylate based.
* If you are unsure if you have any sensitivity to the above listed ingredient please schedule a consult 72 hours or more before desired service date.
* All lashes used are premium synthetic mink, silk, or cashmere material.
* During the actual lash application process we ask that we minimize conversation in effort to maintain safety and finish in a timely manner.
* At the time of your first full set you will be provided after care information and/or materials to take home for personal use to maintain the lash extensions.
* After extensions are applied please avoid any excessive heat such as ovens, saunas, blow dryers, cigarettes/cigars, and/or submersion in hot water.
* After lash extensions are placed please avoid submerging your face in any liquids for the first 24 hours.
*If you have an adverse reaction to the lash extensions please seek medical attention.
* If you should have an adverse reaction to an adhesive lashes will be removed at no cost to you.
* Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any made appointments. Dressed Lashes and Esthetics reserves the right to refuse services to any current or potential clients.
Facial Information & Policy
* Consent and history forms are to be completed prior to service.
* If you are more than 10min late to your appointment you may asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are still seen after the 10min courtesy period we will do the best to our ability with the remaining time. Service will end at the designated time. You will be charged the full amount.
* Excessive tardiness may result in required deposits for future appointments or the inability to schedule future appointments.
* Please remove all neck, wrist, and hand jewelry prior to service.
* Please inform the esthetician if you have any sensitivity to heat.
* Please discontinue the use of accutane at least 6 months prior to facial.
* Please make the esthetician aware if any new medication has been start both orally and topically.

Lash and Brow Enhancement Information & Policy
Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Brow Tint, and Brow lamination
* Consent forms are to be completed prior to service.
* If you are more than 10min late to your appointment you may asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are still seen after the 10min courtesy period we will do the best to our ability with the remaining time. Service will end at the designated time. You will be charged the full amount.
* Please come to the appointment with a clean face.

* Please do not schedule if you have any of the above listed skin sensitivity.

* Please do not schedule a lash lift or brow lamination in the event that you have ever had a reaction or sensitivity to perming solutions.
